Straight answers

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Once you've signed in or opened the app once with a connection, it works with no signal and all your templates are available offline — fill in jobs, take photos and sign. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.

Does my customer need an app?

No. They get an email with a link to the PDF. They can open it on any phone or computer.

Can I put my own logo on the PDFs?

Yes. Upload your logo, pick two brand colours and add your company details. They appear on every report. Branding on PDFs is included from Solo (£9/month) upwards.

Which trades is it for?

Any trade or team that fills in paperwork on site — plumbing, electrical, heating, refrigeration and AC, building, maintenance and fleet, plus hospitality and food safety, cleaning, landlords and lettings, home care visits and car and van hire. If the library doesn't have your form, build it.

How much does it cost?

Free covers up to 20 jobs a month and 3 custom templates. Solo is £9/month, Team £39/month for up to 10 engineers, Business £79/month unlimited. Pay yearly for 2 months free. Prices exclude VAT.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There's no contract. Cancel from your billing page and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

What happens to my data?

Your jobs belong to you. We only use your data to run your account, we don't sell it, and you can delete jobs whenever you like.
